I have won two awards from the Top Art Awards’ Art Masters March 2023 Exhibition. Stanley Horse Portrait won the Award of Excellence award. This was the first award that this artwork has earned. This is a new artwork that I just finished recently. I also found out today that this artwork was juried into the Cowgirl Gathering Art Show 2023, which will take place in Fort Worth, Texas in May. I will post more on that later, but it will be on display, for sale and will have the opportunity to win an award at that in person show. This portrait is 11″x14″ and was drawn in pastels on sand Pastelmat. Reference photo by Sabine Go.
Hummingbird Moth won a finalist award. This is the 4th award that this piece of artwork has won. Hummingbird Month was made with pastels on 10″x8″ dark grey Pastelmat. Reference photo by Don Barrick.
