Orbweaver won a Bronze Award in the Camelback Gallery’s Amazing Animals 2023: International Juried Visual Arts Exhibition. This drawing is one my husband’s favorite. Though he was disappointed when I sold the original, I now have prints available for sale. The reference photo (which is amazing!) has a grey background. I changed it to show that my little orbweaver was in a garden. Reference photo by Melanie Kern-Favilla. Orbweaver was made with pastels on 8″x10″ dark grey Pastelmat.
